SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation is received.

  • The shipping process begins once we have successfully received your order.

Shipping Duration

  • The duration of the shipping process is determined by your location and the shipping option selected during checkout.

  • Depending on your location and chosen shipping method, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive.

Shipping Options

  • During the checkout process, you will have the opportunity to choose from various shipping options. Each option has its own associated delivery timeframe and cost.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Business Days

  • Our shipping and processing days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Delays and Exceptions

  • While we strive to deliver your orders within the specified time frame, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs issues, or other external factors may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer refunds for our hair pieces with a 10% restocking fee.  Exchanges and refund are accepted within 24 hours of receiving the order, provided the item is unworn, uncolored, uncut, and unaltered. To initiate an exchange, email us at info@melajo.com within 24 hours with your order number and desired exchange item. You are responsible for refund & exchange shipping costs. Ship the item back within 72 hours. Once we confirm the item is in perfect condition, we'll process your new order for shipment or refund. Worn, cut, colored, or damaged items will not be eligible for exchange or refund and will be returned.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
