Exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of receiving the order, provided the item is unworn, uncolored, uncut, and unaltered. To initiate an exchange, email us at hellomelajo.com within 24 hours with your order number and desired exchange item. You are responsible for all exchange shipping costs and any applicable duty/custom taxes. Ship the item back within 72 hours. Once we confirm the item is in perfect condition, we'll process your new order for shipment. Worn, cut, colored, or damaged items will not be eligible for exchange and will be returned.
